SCENARIO 2 Mary is 30-year-old woman, returned from a recent trip to Asia, admitted to a medical ward with acute gastro enteritis. She has a temperature of 39 degrees Celsius, headache, and general malaise. She has experienced vomiting and diarrhoea several times today and cannot tolerate food.
