4) Which type of police stop showed the largest gap in the number of stops for Black versus White community members? Apply the concept of aversive racism to explain why the racial gap might have been largest for this type of police stop.
5) Eberhards research team recommended a number of policies that the police might implement to improve their relations with communities and reduce racial disparities in police treatment. One of their recommendations involves promoting out-of-uniform social interactions with members of the Black community and involvement in community building projects that might give officers the opportunity to interact with community members who are doing positive work in their communities.
