Instructions to the students
In this task, you are required to consult with management about the HR Strategic Management Plan, which you developed for the organisation and discuss the implementation strategies of the Human Management Plan. You are also required to review the plan with a manager who will provide you feedback about the HR Strategic Management Plan (HR Plan) and then finalise the HR Plan and produce a final copy of the HR Plan.
