What’s important is to decide the Need to know vs the Nice to know due to the word limit. Task 3: Retention and development You get 2 options to answer questions within this task. It is expected that each paragraph should be cited and referenced. A one page document with at least 4 references makes acceptable academic writing. Any more doesn’t make it better unless it really supports your viewpoint and its not just used as a source for the sake of it. HD writing can be anywhere from 4 – 15 on a single page, although you don’t need that many, just ensure that you support what you claim or the viewpoint in which you are presenting is adequately supported. Task 4: Performance management You must develop your ‘own’ Performance Development Plan, however you can use: 1. a job description from your company/researched if not yours etc. 2. a Template which you customise to your own style and formatted to the ‘chosen’ organisation.
