  • Include instances, wherever relevant, that demonstrate the CEO’s qualities and his or her influence on organizational morale and building interpersonal relationships. 
  • Analyze the personal and environmental factors that might have contributed to the characteristic leadership style of the CEO. 
  • Indicate whether the CEO is an inspiring leader. Explain the reasons for your opinion.
  • Finally:
    • If the CEO is uninspiring, recommend how he/she can improve, in order to change the perception of his/her followers. 
    • If the CEO is an inspiring leader, identify potential psychologically based, human relation issues that he/she should be ready to face while leading the organization.

Write a 5-page paper in Word format. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.

Maslows Hierarchy of Needs

Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is often shown as a pyramid that is comprised of five levels. The four lower levels are grouped together as deficiency needs—they represent physiological needs. The topmost level is called growth needs—it represents psychological needs.

The need hierarchy theory states that the higher needs only come into focus once all the needs that are lower down in the pyramid are mainly or entirely satisfied.

    Self-actualization needs include purpose, personal growth, and achievement. People at this level make their own decisions, act on their own volition, and have a distinct personality of their own.
  2. Ego Needs
    Ego needs mean having a healthy pride in one’s self. The need for self-respect and respect for others show up at this level.
  3. Social Needs
    Social needs include the love of family and friends and the need to feel a sense of belonging.
  4. Security Needs
    Security needs include safe living conditions. Children value this level more because they have the greater need for safety and security.
  5. Physiological Needs
