What it means to include fairness and justice in the HR profession

HR professionals play a significant role in upholding and updating policy and procedures within an organization to ensure that employees comply with the policies and ethical principles safeguarding the rights of a customer. In doing so, HR professionals promote fairness and justice to all employees. HR professionals must respect the individuality of every worker to enable the employees to find fulfillment and accomplishment in their work. HR professionals should treat their subjects with respect and without discrimination to promote a favorable working environment for the employees (Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), 2014). HR professionals should ensure that all employees have equal opportunities to grow professionally. When employees acquire more education and training, they enhance their skills and become more competent. Lastly, HR professionals ensure fairness and justice by complying with legal and ethical procedures to avoid issues of lawsuits from unfair judgments.

How HR professionals can manage an organizational information

HR professionals are responsible for building trust among all workers and the organization’s constituents. They protected the right of individuals in the gathering and sharing of data while ensuring truthful communication and informed decision-making. They also eliminate anxiety about inappropriate acquisition and sharing of information (Society for
