You are on the corporate communications staff at Amazon and you have been assigned a high priority task by the Amazon Board of Directors. They want you to write an internal report of action items for the Human Resources directors to receive, in response to the New York Times article which criticized the company culture of Amazon. You should create a document that addresses and suggests solutions (or refutes) key issues raised in the articles, in a professional and informative style.
