For RIFKA ZIYARD ACMA, CGMA, continuing professional development both formal and informal is linked intricately to career development. One valuable aspect of the MBA was helping me identify that I needed to improve my presentation skills, which I did by attending seminars on the subject. The Masters was also very useful because of the contacts you make and skills that you gain in team working.
