I’m an e-Commerce Manager working in Parkson Department Store in Malaysia (www.parkson.com.my). I have a team of 11 person staffs under me. d) Your Leadership status in the organization with respect to the Leader, Followers and the situation. – I’m in e-Commerce department, my leader is AGM from Sales Floor. My follower are Assistant Admin Level for data entry, stock fulfillment, Photographer, Sales Coordinator, Merchandiser, Web Designer, Social Network Writer, and Graphic Designer. The situation can elaborate on how I make the project successful.
