Hrm research proposal | Human Resource Management homework help

The purpose of this HRM Research Proposal is for you to start working on your final assignment which is a Research Case Study (see assignment #3 below). In this assignment, you will set the scope of the final Research Paper and ensure that work on the final assignment begins as early as possible. Please note that the answers to your research topic and the five (5) questions posed in this Proposal will appear in your Assignment #3.

You are to focus on no less the four (4) issues/problems. In addition to information you obtained from your interview, you may want to focus on any or all of the following as noted in Assignment I: (strategic HR management, legal issues in HR, how the organization handles various human resource management functions, managing diversity, conflict, and or, workplace discrimination and other challenges) in your Research Paper. You must select no less than four (4) areas of focus. You can also use areas outlined in the text and other supplemental materials from the course.
